We’re Committed & We Care

Do you or a family member live with an Intellectual and Developmental Disability?
Do you know how you’re going to manage this disability for a lifetime?
How have your family needs changed, and what support will you need?
Who will be there for you when you need help and guidance?

At HighPointe, we’ve asked ourselves these same questions. Why? Because we’re mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and family members of women and men living with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). We know what it’s like to walk this road, feeling unsure, alone, frustrated and scared. We know what it’s like to need help and support, in making the most effective and healthy decisions for our families.

We’ve been where you are, so we understand what you’re going through. We exist to help you navigate the challenges that come along with IDDs. We’ll be with you every step of the way, ensuring you and your family will never be alone. We’ll guide you through questions about Medicaid, long-term care and support, daily living and much more. We’ll be your partner for life!

Because of this, we’re committed to providing you with much-needed education and resources. We’re encouraging open, honest and thoughtful conversations about living with IDDs and the challenges families face, so please enjoy this new section of our HighPointe website, and let us know how we can make it even more valuable for you and your family!
